Summer TBR: Books I Want To Read This Summer

Hello bookworms! I’m Nia and today I’m going to be talking about the books I really want to read this summer.

I decided to do this instead of a recommendations post this month because this topic I’m planning on doing one of these post each season, mostly because I’m kind of a mood reader, and I want to chat about the books I’ve been thinking to read this summer. And though I’ll probably not mention ALL of the novels I want to pick up (because I read a LOT each month and otherwise this post will be pretty long), I’ll be mentioning some of them

Without any further ado, let’ start with this post!

The Unexpected Everything | Morgan Matson

Andie had it all planned out. When you are a politician’s daughter who’s pretty much raised yourself, you learn everything can be planned or spun, or both. Especially your future. Important internship? Check. Amazing friends? Check. Guys? Check (as long as we’re talking no more than three weeks).

Starry Eyes | Jenn Bennett

Ever since last year’s homecoming dance, best friends-turned-best enemies Zorie and Lennon have made an art of avoiding each other. It doesn’t hurt that their families are the modern day, Californian version of the Montagues and Capulets.

But when a group camping trip goes south, Zorie and Lennon find themselves stranded in the wilderness. Alone. Together.

What could go wrong?

With no one but each other for company, Zorie and Lennon have no choice but to hash out their issues via witty jabs and insults as they try to make their way to safety. Sea Witch | Sarah Henning

Bright We Burn | Kiersten White

The Cheerleaders | Kara Thomas

There are no more cheerleaders in the town of Sunnybrook.

From Twinkle, With Love | Shandya Menon

The Bird and The Blade | Megan Bannen
